How To Cook Bean Soup With Chicken Fillet And Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 liters of water
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 pepper
  • parsley to taste (or other suitable green spice)
  • onion head
  • 400 grams of canned beans in tomato juice
  • black pepper, oil, salt and other spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken breasts in 2 liters of water. Add salt 5-7 minutes before they are ready.

While the meat is cooking, chop the onion, pepper and carrot very finely, then fry them, being careful not to burn the onions.

When the chicken is cooked, remove from the broth in which pour the peeled and diced potatoes and canned beans. Just before the potatoes are completely ready, add the vegetable stuffing to them.

Cut the breasts into small cubes, pour them into the pan, season the soup to taste, let it boil for a few more minutes and remove from the heat.
