Required products :
1.5-2 liters of meat broth of your choice (it is better not to strain so that there are pieces of meat in it)
100-120 grams of white or red beans
350-400 grams of a mixture of meat products (suitable sausage, bacon, breasts, sausages, etc.)
2-3 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 medium carrot
stalk celery optional
3-3.5 tablespoons tomato paste
50-60 grams olives
1-2 bay leaves
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
few stalks dill, parsley
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Pour cold water over the beans and leave for 5-8 hours. Then change the water and boil the beans until ready.
Put the broth on the stove to warm up.
In a separate bowl, heat the oil and fry thin slices of bacon in it. Add the finely chopped onions, carrots and celery. Stew everything for about 8-9 minutes. Add the remaining meat products such as sausages, sausages, cut into small cubes. Stew for another 5-8 minutes, then add the tomato puree, and a minute or two later pour a little of the broth. Allow the products to simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
