Required products :

  • 250 grams of dried beans
  • 150-200 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • preferred spices, bay leaf
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with water for 6-7 hours and then boil in 2 liters of clean liquid.

Fry the chopped onion, add the diced carrots, crushed garlic and continue to fry all the vegetables for a few more minutes. Then put the flour in the mixture, stir, and 1-2 minutes later add the tomato paste. Stir again and after another 1-2 minutes start pouring a little of the bean decoction into the bowl with the stuffing. Stir to avoid lumps.

Pour the combination into the pot with the beans, season, add the bay leaf, the pasta and let the soup remain on the stove until fully cooked.

When you turn off the stove, pour olive oil into the soup and sprinkle with green spices.
