Required products :

  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream (fat content to be about 10%)
  • 430 grams of seafood mix
  • 400 grams of white canned beans
  • a pinch of grated nutmeg and ginger
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1.0-1.5 liters of water
  • about 30 grams of butter
  • oil
  • dill


Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into small cubes and fry for about 5 minutes in oil on low heat. Then add the chopped garlic cloves.

Two minutes later, pour the beans, having previously drained the liquid from the can.

Pour about 1.0-1.5 liters of water (the exact amount depends on the preferred density of the soup). Once it boils, add the cream.

Wait for the mixture to boil and then pour the seafood cocktail into it. Let the products cook for about 7 minutes, seasoning with black pepper, salt, nutmeg and ginger.

Before serving the finished soup, sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
