Necessary products:

  • 2 teaspoons white beans
  • 2 heads of old onions
  • 1 carrot, peeled and diced
  • 3 soft tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 5 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of salt
  • black and red pepper
  • 400 grams of chicken legs
  • 2 stalks of fresh chervil
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 20 grams of celery
  • 1 green pepper, cleaned and finely chopped
  • grease for stuffing
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of fresh mint

Method of preparation:

Soak the beans in salted water for 8 hours, preferably in the evening and boil it. Strain and set aside. In a saucepan heat oil or olive oil, fry finely chopped onions, carrots, garlic and tomatoes.

 

Add the chicken, cut into portions, tomato paste and season with salt, black, red pepper and sugar. Stir and add the beans. Cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat and season with finely chopped peppers, cherries, celery, parsley and mint.

Cook for another 20 minutes and remove from the heat. Pour the dish into bowls and serve warm, garnished with lemons.
