Required products :

400-500 grams of minced meat or finely chopped meat of your choice
2 onions
4-5 cloves garlic
2-3 tomatoes
250 grams canned red beans
150 grams canned sweet corn
2 peppers
3-4 tablespoons tomato paste a
pinch of sugar
salt to taste
black pepper
parsley

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Boil the tomatoes, peel them and cut the rest into small cubes.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin strips.

Drain the beans and corn from the liquids.

Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil for 2-3 minutes, then add the minced meat or minced meat. Let it cook for about 5-6 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Then add the strips of peppers, tomato paste, stir and let the mixture simmer on medium heat for another 5 minutes.

Then pour the tomatoes, corn, beans. Stir and season with salt to taste, a pinch of sugar and pepper.

Reduce the heat, close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring.

You can serve with boiled rice.
