Required products :

6 tablespoons boiled beans

200 grams of meat of your choice

50 grams of carrots

0.5 teaspoon tomato juice

30 grams of onions

0.5 sweet pepper

dill, parsley to taste

salt and pepper to taste

frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the beans, pre-soaking them in cold water for several hours. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry for 15 minutes in oil. Mix it with beans, pour into a saucepan and add a little salt.

Finely chop the onion and pepper, grate the carrots. Fry the onion, then add to it the carrots and peppers, tomato juice (or chopped peeled tomato). Let everything cook for 5 minutes and pour 1/4 cup of water. Season with salt and pepper, if desired, you can use a little sugar.

Pour the resulting mixture into the casserole. If necessary, add salted water. Sprinkle with chopped green spices, close the pan with a lid and place in the oven.

When the dish starts to cook, count for 10 minutes and turn off the oven. Leave for 20 minutes, then remove the beans with the meat in a plate.
