Required products :
300 grams of white beans
150 grams of black olives
1 tablespoon pickled capers
1 stalk of leek
50 milliliters of olive oil
200 grams of grated tomatoes
Method of preparation :
Soak the beans from the night before in cold water, to which you can add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. The next day, rinse and cook until soft.
Cut the leeks into circles and stew it in the hot olive oil. Add the tomatoes, 2 minutes later and the cooked beans.
Pour a little water and let the dish simmer for about 15 minutes. It's time for the pitted olives and chopped capers, stew for another 10 minutes after adding them.
When the beans are ready, season with salt and pepper, turn off the heat, close the pan with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Serve the dish hot.
