How To Cook Beans With Sausage, Vegetables And White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

800 grams of canned white or red beans
1 onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 stalks of celery
2 sweet peppers (1 yellow and 1 red)
3 cloves garlic
800 grams of pork sausage
1.5 teaspoons smoked sweet red pepper
0.5 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried thyme
125 ml dry white wine
800 grams chopped canned peeled tomatoes
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 cube chicken broth
parsley or other green spices of your choice and taste


Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Add the chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes on low heat. Then put the celery, peppers. Next is the sausage, fry for 5 minutes and then add the garlic, spices and dried thyme. After 1-2 minutes, pour the wine and stir. It's time for the canned tomatoes, fresh thyme and let the mixture boil. When this happens, add the crushed cube of dry broth.

Let the dish cook for 40 minutes, then add the beans. After 5 minutes, remove the thyme stalks, season with black pepper and sprinkle with chopped fresh green spices.
