1 teaspoon (topped) salt

3 - 4 cloves of garlic

broth or water

2 - 3 tablespoons oil

spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Pre-soak the beans in cold water in the evening.

The next day, drain the liquid, pour clean water and boil the beans in it until ready, without adding salt.

Cut the onion, fry it in oil until it turns red, add the grated carrot, fry briefly, then pour a little water or broth and let the vegetables cook until soft.

Add the tomato puree, salt, sugar and spices of your choice.

Mash a few spoonfuls of boiled beans and pour the remaining amount into the bowl with the sauce. Pour the water in which the beans or broth has been boiled (the amount should be equal to that of the beans). Then put the crushed grains, this will give density.
