Grease the slices with oil and bake them for 2-3 minutes, just enough to change color.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, garlic and flour.
Stir and dilute with milk. Add the cheddar and stir until melted.
Add the corn, parsley, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and add spices of your choice.
Cool the mixture and spread the sandwiches with a knife.
Arrange them in a pan lined with a sheet of parchment, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes. Arrange on a plate or platter and serve. Eat and enjoy them.
