Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons of flour, depending on the desired density
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Without removing from the heat, add the flour, stir, you should get a thick paste. Then pour in the milk and stir constantly until the sauce thickens. If lumps form, don't worry, beat them with a mixer or blender.
