  • 200 grams of chicken fillet
  • 2-3 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • a handful of white mushrooms
  • 150 grams of pickles
  • 1 onion
  • 200 grams of cream (cooked or sour)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Fill the mushrooms with cold water for an hour, then drain it, pour a new one and boil the mushrooms until ready (add the bay leaf to the liquid). Pour the broth into a separate container and keep it.

Cool the mushrooms and grind them in a blender together with a few sprigs of parsley. Add the cream and salt.

Heat the oil in a pan and pour the beef and chicken, pre-cut into chunks. Season with oregano, black pepper, thyme and salt.

Cut into semicircles, potatoes and carrots. Cut the pickles into small cubes. Add all the vegetables to the meat. Pour half a cup of mushroom broth and stew for 5-7 minutes.
