Fill the lentils with water, add the thyme, bay leaf and cook until done, then drain the liquid.
Wash the veal, cut into small cubes and fry for 5-7 minutes in a pan with hot oil. Add the chopped bacon, onion, garlic and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Then add the finely chopped peppers, carrots, potatoes and fry everything for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, pour the lentils over the meat with the vegetables, add the chopped sausage, season to taste and stir.
Divide the dish into pots and pour 100 milliliters of water into each. Cook in the oven, it takes about 20 minutes of heat treatment.
