Required products :

1 kg of beef
10 sweet potatoes
3-4 onions
100 grams of prunes (can be replaced with dried apricots)
dill and parsley to taste
frying fat
salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces, season with salt and ground black pepper and fry in hot oil.

 

 

In a separate bowl, fry until golden diced onions.

 

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes.

 

Chop the green spices.

 

Pour boiling water over the prunes for 7 minutes, then drain the liquid and cut the fruit.

Distribute the prepared products in pots and close with lids. Put them in the oven and let them cook until the meat is ready.
