How To Cook Beef Fillet In A Pan With Black Pepper And Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of diced beef fillet
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons potato starch
  • 1 tablespoon white dry wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into cubes
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

  • Put the black pepper in a mortar and crush it into coarse pieces.
  • Put the beef in a large bowl and add 3/4 of the black pepper.
  • Add the soy sauce, wine, potato starch, sesame oil and marinara sauce. Stir well to taste evenly and let it stand in the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat and fry the beef fillet. Set aside the rest of the marinade.
  • Fry the meat until browned evenly on all sides, stirring with a spatula.
  • Add the garlic, peppers and onions and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the remaining marinade, stir and after about 5 minutes remove the pan from the heat.
  • Arrange the beef fillet on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining black pepper.
  • Serve with garnish as desired.
