Required products :

500 grams of minced beef

100 grams of white bread

2 eggs

1 onion

4 tablespoons cream

2 tablespoons grated cheese

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon starch

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion, add it to the minced meat. Then beat the eggs, put the bread (soaked in milk and drained), grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Form round meatballs and put them in a saucepan with boiling salted water. Cook for 5 minutes after surfacing.

Mix the starch and cream, pour the water in which the meatballs were cooked (it should be slightly cooled). Put the sauce on the stove to boil. Then pour the meatballs with it and serve.

If you prefer, serve the meatballs with tomato sauce.
