Learn how to cook "Beef meatballs with beans in tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of ground beef
2 onions
1 egg
1 tablespoon starch
400 grams boiled beans
200 grams tomatoes
salt, ground black pepper, oregano - to taste
1 bay leaf
olive oil
Method of preparation :
Finely chop one onion and mix with the minced meat. Add egg, starch, oregano, pepper and salt to taste. Knead everything and form small meatballs, which you fry in hot olive oil until a yellow crust forms.
In a separate bowl, fry the remaining onions in a little olive oil and add the tomatoes, cut into pieces, also the bay leaf. A few minutes later add the cooked beans, season to taste. Let everything simmer for about 3-4 minutes and then put the meatballs next to the beans. Followed by another 5 minutes on low heat under a lid and the dish is ready.
Serve hot.
