How To Cook Beef Meatballs With Buckwheat In Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of beef

150 grams of bacon

50 grams of yellow cheese

1 egg

1 onion

2 teaspoons boiled buckwheat

70 grams of tomato puree

oil

1 teaspoon sugar

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the meat and bacon with a blender (you can also use ready-made minced meat). Grate the yellow cheese. Cut onions and fry in oil.

 

Mix the products with the buckwheat, add the egg, season with salt and pepper and form small meatballs from the minced meat. Put them in a saucepan.

 

Make the sauce. Pour the tomato puree into the pan, pour 1 cup of water, add sugar, salt to taste and bring the mixture to a boil. When this happens, pour the sauce over the meatballs. Stew the dish for 30 minutes on low heat.
