How To Cook Beef Meatballs With Rice And Tomato Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products

  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 can (400 grams) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon water

 

Method of preparation

Take a large bowl and mix in the minced meat, rice, onion and 1/2 teaspoon of water. Pour the spices. Mix all ingredients well. Form from the finished mixture small meatballs, about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, fry the meatballs for a few minutes until golden brown. Remove from the heat and drain the fat.

In a large pan, mix the tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon of water. Put the meatballs inside.

Cover the pan with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve the prepared meatballs with the sauce while they are warm. Enjoy your meal!
