Necessary products:

  • 2,700 kg of beef ribs
  • 30 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tea cup olive oil
  • 0.3 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a large fireproof bowl, mix the unpeeled garlic cloves and olive oil. Cover with foil and bake for about 35 minutes, until the garlic begins to turn light brown. Pour the fat into a food processor, after the garlic cools down a bit, peel it, add it. Horseradish and salt come next. Once you add them, grind everything until a homogeneous mixture.

Season the ribs with salt and pepper, smear one side with garlic marinade and arrange them in a suitable dish to "lie" on it. Spread the rest of the mixture on top, cover with foil and put the pan in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).

Then bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, the duration is about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Transfer the finished dish to a plate and leave for 30 minutes. Cut the ribs, heat the sauce that came out during baking and pour them with it.

Enjoy your meal!
