How To Cook Beef Roll Stuffed With Pears And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

800 grams of beef fillet
1 bunch parsley or other green spice of your choice
1 medium onion
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 large pears
2 tablespoons olive
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat, dry it and cut in the middle without reaching the end (leaving about 1 cm of uncut part). Then make incisions left and right, to get as if dissolving a book. Cover the fillet with plastic wrap and hammer (thin layer).
Wash the pears, cut each into 4 parts, remove the core with the seeds, and cut the soft part into straws.
Grate the yellow cheese, parsley and onion and chop finely.
Mix pears, yellow cheese, onion and parsley. Spread an even layer of the resulting stuffing on the meat base, leaving about 1.5 cm at both ends without filling. Roll up a roll, which you fasten in several places with a suitable string.
Season with salt and ground black pepper, spread with olive oil on all sides and wrap the beef in foil.
Bake it in a preheated 200 degree oven for an hour and a half. 20 minutes before the dish is ready, unroll or cut the foil so that the meat is roasted on top and acquires an irresistible appearance.
