Cut the meat into cubes and cook. Strain the broth, pour it into another pot and add the veal. Cut mushrooms, carrots, potatoes and onions.
Add them to the liquid, add peas and tomato juice, season with salt, black and red pepper. Allow the soup to cook over low heat and cool after 40 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped mint and mint sprigs, stir and distribute portions. Serve and eat with pleasure.
