Finely chop the bacon and fry until all the fat is melted.
Cut the beef into small long pieces (not to be thick), pour them over the bacon and fry the two products together for another 7-10 minutes.
Cut onions into cubes, grate carrots, press garlic. Pour the vegetables over the meat, fry everything for 15 minutes, season.
