How To Cook Beef With Mushrooms And Bacon In Red Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 750 grams of beef
  • 500 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 700 milliliters of red wine
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • salt to taste
  • 250 grams of bacon
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 bay leaves
  • a pinch of thyme
  • black pepper to taste


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the bacon and fry until all the fat is melted.

Cut the beef into small long pieces (not to be thick), pour them over the bacon and fry the two products together for another 7-10 minutes.

Cut onions into cubes, grate carrots, press garlic. Pour the vegetables over the meat, fry everything for 15 minutes, season.

Then pour the wine and stew for an hour. Then sprinkle with spices, add chopped mushrooms and parsley, stew for another hour.

You can serve the dish with a spicy pumpkin garnish.
