How To Cook Beer Breading For Yellow Cheese And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon of beer
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add the beaten egg and beer and mix until thick and smooth.
  • If the mixture is too thin, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour and vice versa - if it is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of beer.
  • Cut the yellow cheese or cheese into cubes.
  • Dip in the mixture, drain the excess breadcrumbs and fry them.
  • Remove them with a slotted spoon on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
  • Serve the breaded yellow cheeses or cheeses with your favorite milk sauce.

Note!

The dose is enough for breading 450 grams of yellow cheese or cheese .
