Necessary products:

 

  • 240 grams of flour
  • 6 grams of salt
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 35 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 3 grams of chopped fresh rosemary
  • 5 tablespoons cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 72 grams of sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon light beer

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, rosemary and add the butter and cream. Stir, pour in the beer and make a crumbly dough. Let it rest, divide into pieces and shape into cookies.

Arrange them in a tray lined with a sheet of non-stick paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven, sprinkle with yellow cheese and return for another 10-15 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve.
