How To Cook Beer Pancakes With Bacon, Green Onions And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

125 grams of flour

250 - 300 milliliters of beer

100 grams of bacon

2 eggs

1 teaspoon sugar

parsley

feathers green onions

salt and pepper to taste

sour cream and butter for serving

Method of preparation :

Put the sugar and salt in the flour. Beat the eggs with the beer and add to the dry mixture, pouring in a thin stream and stirring constantly until you get a homogeneous liquid dough without lumps. Leave for about an hour at room temperature.

Finely chop the green onions and parsley, bacon (you can also use breasts) in straws, put everything in boiling water for a minute, then drain with a colander. When the liquid has drained, add to the dough.

Bake pancakes in the standard way. Serve with pieces of butter and sour cream.
