Required products :

3 liters of water
1 kilogram of beets
100 grams of sugar a
pinch of salt

Preparation :
Wash and peel the beets, cut them into tiles, put in a suitable container and sprinkle with sugar. Pour 3 liters of warm boiled water, close the container with a lid and leave at room temperature to ferment.
In 7 days the yeast will be ready. When you pour a glass of the drink, refill the container with water. This is how you can proceed until the yeast loses its color and taste.
