Required products :

300 grams of beets
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon raisins
2 tablespoons semolina, butter, milk and flour a
little salt

 

Method of preparation :

Peel and grate the raw beets, put in a saucepan. Add the washed raisins, butter and pour the milk. Add salt and let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.

Then pour the semolina into the pan in a thin stream and cook until thickened (10 minutes).

Remove the combination from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Then add the beaten eggs and stir.

Form meatballs, roll them in flour and bake in a hot pan with butter.

Serve with sour cream.
