Required products :
- 3 small fresh heads of beets
- 1 orange
- 1/2 onion
- salt, parsley, pepper to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Method of preparation :
Wash the beets, wrap them in aluminum foil and bake until done in the oven (until done, at 200 degrees).
Peel an orange, grate it and cut it in half if it is very large.
Put the citrus in a salad bowl, followed by 1/2 onion, cut into semicircles, and parsley.
Peel the finished beets when they cool, cut them into small thin pieces and add to the other products.
Add salt to the salad, sprinkle with black pepper, pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and stir.
Let stand in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
