  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 10 grams of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange oil
  • 1 egg
  • 250-300 grams of flour
  • 30 milliliters of fresh milk

Method of preparation:

Cover the pan with parchment and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel, chop the strawberries finely, put them in a bowl and add two tablespoons of flour. Stir, this way the strawberries will not stick together after being added to the dough.

In another bowl put the two types of sugar, butter and beat with a mixer until fluffy cream. Add the orange oil, egg, baking powder, stir and finally add the flour.

Pour the milk, pour the strawberry mixture and mix until you get a sticky dough. Using a spoon, scoop out of it and spread the sweets in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes, cool and arrange in a suitable dish. Serve and eat with pleasure.

Enjoy!
