How To Cook Berry Cheesecake In A Jar - Recipe

Required products :

  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 3/4 tea cup full whipped cream

For the biscuit crumbs :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons graham crackers, consumed
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter

For the strawberry topping :

  • 250 grams of berries
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup cold water

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest with a mixer.
  • Add the cream and turn on the mixer again for a few minutes.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Puree half of the strawberries and chop the rest.
  • Heat the sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar has melted.
  • Increase the heat and do not stir the syrup for about 4-5 minutes until it acquires a golden caramel color.
  • Remove from the heat, carefully add the strawberry puree, stir and return to the hob.
  • Leave the strawberry topping on low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and add the strawberry pieces. Stir.
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and sugar. Stir well.
  • Spread the biscuit crumbs on the bottom of clean glass jars, cover with cream and sprinkle with strawberry topping.
  • Serve with a smile! :)
