Required products :

  • 4 large egg whites
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons whipping cream
  • 2 tea cups of berries

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks are obtained. Add the sugar slowly and gradually, stirring constantly - for about 7 minutes. Finally add the vinegar, cornstarch and vanilla.

You should have a thick mixture for kissing.

Put it in the center of the prepared pan and form a circle with a diameter of about 12-15 centimeters. Make a small well in the center.

Put in the oven and immediately reduce the temperature to 120 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes until hardened.

Turn off the oven and let it cool completely in it for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Transfer to a serving platter.

Whip the cream and fill the well with it, as well as lightly smear on top. Place the fruit and serve.
