How To Cook Biscuit Bars With Chocolate, Nuts And Coconut - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon graham crackers, consumed
  • 1 teaspoon coconut shavings, unsweetened
  • 1 cup crushed nuts / walnuts, peanuts, almonds, pistachios /
  • 250 grams of chocolate pieces
  • 395 grams of condensed milk

Method of preparation :

 

  • Grease and cover with baking paper a square shape approximately 23 cm in size.
  • Spread the butter on the bottom and melt it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, being careful not to brown it.
  • Shake the pan to distribute the butter evenly and cover the bottom with the crushed biscuits. Squeeze them lightly with your palms to form a thin sheet.
  • Spread the coconut shavings on top, and above them most of the nuts and chocolate chips.
  • Pour in the condensed milk and lightly press with the back of a spoon.
  • Sprinkle with remaining nuts and chocolate and bake for about 30 minutes.
  • Allow the cake to cool completely for at least 3 hours before removing it from the pan.
  • Cut into blocks and serve with a cup of aromatic coffee.
