How To Cook Biscuit Blocks With Cream Cheese And Butter Glaze - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon soft butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ampoule of vanilla
  • red food coloring

 

for the glaze

 

  • 80 grams of soft butter
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Method of preparation: 

 

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees, line a rectangular pan with baking paper and in a bowl mix the flour with the salt, cocoa and baking powder. In another bowl, place and mix the butter and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs, vanilla and red colorant. Combine the two mixtures and mix until the products are homogeneous. Pour the dough into the pan, smooth the surface with a spatula and bake until done.

Add the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese. Beat the ingredients until smooth and glaze the cookie sheet. Cut into blocks, serve and enjoy.
