Necessary products

 

About the base:

300 grams of square biscuits

0.5 teaspoon cold sweetened coffee

 

 

For cream:

125 grams of butter

1 egg yolk

0.5 teaspoon sugar

2/3 tea cup of fresh milk

3 teaspoons cocoa powder

1 teaspoon liqueur

1 tablespoon (incomplete) instant gelatin

 

For decoration:

chocolate chips or other optional

 

Method of preparation:

Soak the gelatin in cold water, wait for it to swell and then dissolve completely in a water bath. Beat the softened butter, mix the yolk with the sugar and cocoa and add to the butter, stirring. Gradually pour in the hot milk and liqueur. Stirring, add gelatin to the still warm mixture. Stir well and cool.

Dip the biscuits one by one in the coffee and arrange in a suitable container three layers, between which distribute the butter mixture. You can use it to spread the biscuit cake on top and on the sides. Before serving, you can decorate with chocolate chips or anything else of your choice
