How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Condensed Milk And Ice Cream - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of vanilla biscuits

250 grams of condensed milk

150 grams of butter

300 grams of ice cream of your choice

 

optionally any of the following additives or a combination thereof :

5 tablespoons cocoa

1 tablespoon vanillin

2 tablespoons cognac

1/2 cup walnuts

 

For decoration:

fruits, mint leaves and / or grated chocolate

 

Method of preparation :

 

Finely grind the biscuits using a blender or use a rolling pin for this purpose. Add condensed milk and butter to them, mix until smooth. Then the ingredients you prefer, such as walnuts and cognac.

Divide the dough into two equal parts, from which form loaves with a diameter of about 20 centimeters.

Put one in a tray, flat plate or other suitable container, spread the ice cream on its surface, flatten, cover with the second tray and decorate the cake of your choice.
