Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with cottage cheese, coffee, fruits and nuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

24-32 suitable biscuits
400-500 grams of cottage cheese
4-5 tablespoons sour cream
50 grams butter
3-4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon brewed coffee
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon chocolate glaze
oranges, cherries or other fruits according to the season
walnuts for decoration

Preparation :
Boil the coffee and add the condensed milk to it. Pour into a suitable wide container to make it convenient for you to dip the biscuits.
Prepare a form for the cake, cover the bottom of the dish with baking paper or foil.
Make a cream by mixing the softened butter with the sugar (you can change the amount depending on the sweetness of the biscuits). Then add the vanilla sugar and mix with the curd.
Add the cream, you can also use more or less of it, according to your personal taste preferences.
Divide the resulting cream into 3 equal parts and start "assembling" the cake.
Dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange one row of them in the pan. Cover with one part of the cream, level the surface.
Continue in the same sequence, placing 2 more layers of biscuits and cream.
Let the cake stand for 30-40 minutes at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator.
Cut the selected fruits into pieces and add them to the chocolate glaze. Stir and cover the cooled dessert with the delicious combination. Garnish with crushed biscuits or walnuts and enjoy the unique taste.
Enjoy your meal!
