How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Cottage Cheese, Dried Fruit And White Icing - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of biscuits (light square)

500 grams of cottage cheese

150 grams of butter

1 teaspoon sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa

raisins and / or other dried fruits (maybe fresh according to the season) to taste and choice

fresh milk for dipping biscuits

 

For the glaze:

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon water

1 tablespoon butter

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese with the butter and sugar, stir and divide the mixture into two parts. In one add the cocoa and in the other the fruit you have chosen.

Cover a board or a suitable flat dish with plastic wrap and arrange a layer of biscuits, which you pre-dip in fresh milk. Spread the curd with the fruit on top, then again a row of biscuits, cover the curd with cocoa (you can swap the places of the two types of stuffing) and finish with biscuits.

Boil a glaze of butter, water and sugar. Spread it on the cake and put the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Decorate as desired.
