How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Cream, Bananas And Kiwi - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of biscuits
  • 500 grams of high-fat cream
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 5 bananas
  • 2 kiwis

Method of preparation :

Beat the cream and sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes at maximum speed until a thick homogeneous cream is obtained. Peel the fruit and cut them into 2x2 cm pieces. Take a suitable wide bowl and arrange a layer of biscuits in the form of a circle with a diameter of 15 cm. Spread it with cream, followed by a layer of bananas, again cream, a row of biscuits, cream, bananas . Alternate the products in this way (without the kiwi) until they run out. Arrange the kiwi pieces on top and put the cake in the fridge for at least 3 hours so that the biscuits are well soaked with cream.
