Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with cream, fruit and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of sweet biscuits
  • 500 milliliters of high-fat cream (33%)
  • 150 milliliters of apple juice
  • 2 pears
  • 1 banana
  • 50 grams of dark chocolate
  • 20 grams of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation :

First prepare the fruit. Cut the pears into 4 parts, clean them from the core with the seeds and cut into thin pieces. Also cut the banana thinly lengthwise.

Before you start whipping the cream, it must have been in the refrigerator. Beat it together with the vanilla sugar.

Pour the apple juice into a wide bowl and dip each of the biscuits in it for a few seconds to soak and keep them dry, but don't keep them for long because they will fall apart.

Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits in a suitable container, spread with whipped cream and put a row of pears on top. Next is cream, a layer of biscuits, again cream, a row of bananas, cream and biscuits again. Alternate in this way until the products are exhausted, the last layer must be biscuits.

All that was left was the decoration. First, spread the cream on all sides and top of the cake, then sprinkle the surface with crushed biscuits and pieces of fruit. Melt the chocolate and pour over the cake.

Enjoy!
