How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Egg Cream And Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products:

3 teaspoons fresh milk

2 eggs

100 grams of butter

1.5 teaspoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons flour topped

800 grams of biscuits

grated chocolate for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

Start by making a cream. Mix the sugar with the flour, add the eggs and stir until white. Then pour the milk, vanilla and mix well. Put the mixture on low heat and cook, stirring constantly. When bubbles start to appear, turn off the stove, add the oil and stir again.

Arrange a layer of biscuits in a suitable container, spread with the finished cream. Repeat the procedure until the products are exhausted. Let the cake soak for a few hours and eat it with pleasure.

 

You can sprinkle with grated chocolate, ground nuts or both. A matter of taste.
