Mix honey with water and stir. Arrange a row of cookies around the walls and bottom of the cake pan. Syrup with the honey mixture.
In a bowl pour the cream, beat it until fluffy cream, add the skim milk, powdered sugar and mix until smooth. Add the fig jam, stir and spread over the cookies. Cover with a second row of them, syrup and garnish with milk cream.
Follow the order of arrangement, finishing with cream, sprinkle with walnuts, honey and garnish with chopped fresh figs and mint leaves. Cool, remove the form, cut the cake and serve.
