Method of preparation:
Prepare a suitable dish or tray for the biscuit cake. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the honey, lemon zest and essence. Stir and after boiling, remove from the heat.
Cool and add the butter. Stir until melted and return to the hob. Mix the starch with the milk, stir and pour the mixture carefully into the pan. Stir to thicken the cream and cool.
Grease the tray first, arrange the biscuits and cover with cream. Alternate the arrangement, ending with cream. Garnish with jelly slices and refrigerate for a minimum of 3-4 hours. Cut and serve.
