Required products :

  • 150 grams of condensed milk
  • 100 milliliters of espresso coffee
  • 75 grams of dark chocolate
  • 375 mascarpone
  • 160 grams of rectangular biscuits

Method of preparation :

Prepare a small rectangular cake tin by covering it with plastic wrap.

Beat the condensed milk with the mascarpone.

Dip the biscuit in the coffee and place it on the bottom of the pan, when you make a row of biscuits on top put some of the cream. Repeat, alternating until done.

Leave for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Remove from the plastic and turn the cake over.

Add the chocolate to the rest of your coffee and melt it in the microwave. Wait for it to cool slightly and pour the resulting chocolate cream over the cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then decorate with a few whole coffee beans.
