How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Mascarpone And Condensed Milk - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 100 grams of condensed milk
  • 100 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 200 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
  • 20 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 50 grams of dried cherries (or cherries) 
  • 50 ml of cognac
  • 300 grams of chocolate biscuits
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation: 

Mix the eggs with the curd, add a pinch of salt and beat until airy. Add the mascarpone and beat once more. Followed by vanilla sugar, condensed milk and beat again.

Soak the cherries in cognac in advance - the longer the better.

Coat the biscuits with cognac and place a row of them on the bottom of a cake tin.

Add the soaked cherries and about 50 grams of biscuits to the curd mixture. Distribute evenly over the layer in the form. Arrange another layer of biscuits soaked in cognac on top.

Leave the dessert overnight in the refrigerator.
