Required products :

350-400 grams of shortbread cookies
75 grams of butter
200 grams of non-sour cream
120 grams of yogurt
2/3 tea cup sugar
30 grams of vanilla sugar
400 grams of mascarpone
100 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream

Preparation :
Grease a detachable form with butter and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
Grind the biscuits, add the softened butter to them and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Spread half of the "dough" in the bowl, forming a loaf.
Whip the sour cream, yogurt and sugar until smooth, the sugar (and vanilla) should dissolve. Add the mascarpone, liquid cream to this combination and beat again. You should get a smooth thick cream, to form "soft peaks". Do not overdo the smashing. Stop the process when the mixture retains its shape.
Spread half over the biscuit base. Then sprinkle half of the remaining biscuits, cream again and finish with biscuits.
Press the dessert lightly to the bottom to remove air from the cream.
Wrap the dish in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The cake is cut with a very sharp and dry knife, which you clean before cutting each subsequent piece, as the cream is sticky.

Enjoy your meal!
