How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Milk Cream And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Biscuit cake with milk cream and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 400 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 500 grams of shortbread cookies
  • 1/2 chocolate

Method of preparation :

Mix the sugar, egg yolks, flour and vanilla. A homogeneous combination should be obtained, in which pour a thin stream of 600 milliliters of hot milk, stirring thoroughly in the meantime.

Then pour the mixture into a pan, place on the stove and wait for the cream to boil over medium heat (again, stir constantly). Then reduce the temperature and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the milk mass thickens.

Warm the remaining milk. Dip each cookie in it for a few seconds.

Arrange a layer of them, covering the bottom of the tray. Spread with cream (it should be cooled) and continue arranging the cake in this way until the products are exhausted.

When the cake is "assembled", apply cream on all sides, including the surface. Garnish with grated chocolate and put the dessert in the fridge.

After 2-3 hours you can enjoy the cookie creation.

If you want a more refined taste, you could also prepare a tiramisu version using biscuits and cream cheese.

Enjoy!
