Necessary products

For cream:

3 egg yolks

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

350 milliliters of condensed milk

350 milliliters of fresh milk

3 tablespoons cornstarch

packet of gelatin

2 tea cups of small fruits of your choice (you can use frozen ones that you defrost beforehand)

For swamps:

sweet biscuits with chocolate drops (maybe without drops) - their quantity depends on the size of the form you will use - you need enough to make 2 rows)

chocolate (or other) syrup for decoration

Method of preparation :

Make the cream first. Heat the milk, add the condensed milk, egg yolks, starch and cocoa. Leave on the hob, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens. Then remove from the heat and add the pre-prepared gelatin (according to the instructions on the packet). Transfer the cream to a bowl and allow to cool.

Cover the bottom of the detachable form with foil. Put a row of biscuits, a row of fruit (set aside some of them for decoration), followed by half the cream. Repeat the arrangement, finishing with cream. Cover the dessert with foil and refrigerate for 3 hours.

When you take out the finished cake, decorate it with the set aside fruits and pour chocolate or other favorite syrup. You can also use biscuits for decoration.

Enjoy your meal!
