How To Cook Biscuit Cake With Pears, Bananas And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of shortbread cookies
500 milliliters of liquid cream (33% fat)
150 milliliters of apple juice
2 pears
1 banana
50 grams of dark chocolate
20 grams of vanilla sugar

 

Method of preparation :

First prepare the fruit by peeling the pears from the seeds and cut them into thin slices, peel the banana and also cut it thinly lengthwise.

 

Pre-cool the cream, then beat with the vanilla sugar.

 

Pour the apple juice into a bowl and dip each cookie in it for a few seconds (they should not fall apart, but should not stay dry).

 

Arrange several next to each other in a suitable container.

 

Spread with whipped cream and place thin slices of pear on top.

 

Also cover the fruit row with cream, put another layer of biscuits and pieces of banana.

 

Follow again with cream, biscuits and continue in the same sequence until the products are exhausted.

 

Finish with a biscuit cake, generously spread the cake with whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed biscuits (or nuts) and pieces of fruit.

Melt the chocolate and pour it over the dessert.
